Tap not turning off

Turn off your water supply at the metre, generally located at the front of the property. For units and villas, locate the separate isolation valve and turn the valve off in a clockwise direction. 

Burst water pipe

Turn off water supply if safe to do so. Remove all electronics, appliances, children and pets away from the pipe.

Sewer blockage
